Empowering India’s Youth: Pradhan Mantri Internship Yojana Launches with ₹10,831 Crore Budget
The central government has started a new scheme for the youth, Pradhan Mantri Internship Yojana.
Under this, the youth will get a chance to do an internship in the country’s top 500 companies. Let us tell you that a budget of ₹ 10,831.07 crores has been allocated for the Pradhan Mantri Internship Yojana.
What are the objectives of the scheme?
Through the Pradhan Mantri Internship Scheme, youth can be prepared for employment as well as provided with real work experience.
Along with this, let us tell you that providing skill development opportunities to the youth and providing better employment opportunities is also an important objective of this scheme.
What are the features of this scheme?
Under the Pradhan Mantri Internship Scheme, 1 crore youth will get a chance to do an internship in 5 years and will also get a stipend of ₹ 5,000 every month.
An additional payment of ₹ 6,000 will also be made after the completion of the internship of the youth.
Not only this, any youth who participates in this scheme will also be able to avail the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana.
If you want to participate in this scheme, then your age must be between 21 and 24 years. After this, the applicant must pass at least the 10th class.
Before applying, keep in mind that you should not be in any kind of full-time employment or education. At the same time, your family’s annual income should not exceed ₹ 8 lakh.

Youths can apply online for this. For this you have to apply by visiting the official website.
After this, the youth will have to fill out an application form and upload the required documents.
