LPG price increase: Gas cylinder becomes costlier from today, know what is the price in your city
Today, from March 1, 2025, oil companies have increased the prices of commercial LPG cylinders. But there has been no change in the prices of domestic LPG cylinders.
According to Indian Oil Corporation, the price of a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder in Delhi has now become Rs 1803, which was Rs 1797 last month.
If we talk about Mumbai, the price of commercial cylinders was Rs 1749.50 in February, which has now become Rs 1755.50.
Let us inform you that there has been no change in the prices of domestic LPG cylinders.
A 14 kg domestic LPG cylinder in Delhi costs Rs 803. So in Mumbai, this price is Rs 802.50.

Mumbai: 19 kg commercial Rs 1755.50, 14 kg domestic Rs 802.50
Delhi: 19 kg commercial Rs 1803, 14 kg domestic Rs 803
Kolkata: 19 kg commercial Rs 1875.50, 14 kg domestic Rs 829
Chennai: 19 kg commercial Rs 1937, 14 kg domestic Rs 818.50
Reasons for increase in LPG prices
If we talk about the reason for the increase in LPG prices, it is believed to be the increase in crude oil prices in the international market.
The government says it is making every possible effort to minimize the impact of the increase in LPG prices on the common man.
LPG prices change on the first of every month. An increase in LPG prices is also likely to increase costs for restaurants and other businesses that use commercial LPG cylinders.
